Shipping Policy

1. Type of Transport
Delivery time: delivery within 18 days of placing an order, urgent orders can be delivered during holidays. For personalized items, the delivery time will be extended by 15-20 days.

We support Free standard shipping in some countries.

If there is a delay, such as the delay of the product to the warehouse on the same day, the logistics problem cannot be delivered in time, etc., we will contact you in time by email.

Holiday orders, we will process them for you within 72 hours. For urgent orders, you can contact us in the mail, and we will process your order in time.
 
During the transportation, we will follow up the logistics in time, and tell you the transportation method and order number of the product in time when shipping. If there are problems with the product during transportation, such as such as Lost, we will inform you in time. And reissue it for you in time. Please rest assured that we will keep track of your logistics information until you receive it.

The express companies we cooperate with and commonly used are: Hermes, DPD, XDP,GLS,DHL,TNT, etc. We do not support the designated courier company.

2. Shipping
First of all, we support delivery to the any countries. TThe main markets for this website are the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Belgium, the Netherlands, New Zealand, etc

If your order cannot be paid, it may be that your area freight is too expensive or does not support the calculation of freight. You can contact us at  contact@kehaosanitary.com and we will find the most suitable shipping plan for you, or we will contact you via email to help you cancel your order.
Sales tax does not exist.

3. Update order delivery
If you want to change the address before the product is sent, you can contact us in the email, we know the information of your order update, and we will deliver the goods to you according to the accurate address. If you don't want the product or want to change to another product before sending it, you can contact us and we will cancel the order for you.

Update the order in transit: If you want to update the order address after the item is sent, you can contact us in the mail, we will communicate with the logistics provider, and it may be unsuccessful to modify the address. Or we will give you a contact number, and you will communicate directly with the courier (it is recommended to carefully check the order information when purchasing, so as to avoid unnecessary troubles)

4. The item never arrived (lost in transit)
If you have never received the purchased product, please rest assured, we will reissue a new intact product for you. Regarding the loss of the package, we will contact the logistics company, and you will definitely receive the product you purchased.
5. Please noted that affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Return & Exchange conditions
You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. However, you need to pay the return delivery fee.
There are a few items that can't be returned:
·Free samples and shipping fee
·Clearance items
·Gift cards
·Personalized items or customize items
·Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “2 for $250” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
·Items you have already assembled
·Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
·Open Box Items
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, you can contact @kehaosanitary.com, and we will afford the delivery fee. We’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
If you want to replace the items, please re-purchase after returning them.

We will provide you with the warehouse address, and you can send it back.
If your item is damaged or defective,Please apply for a refund, and we will refund the shipping cost. Or we will give you a full refund directly,You don't need to return the goods.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
